2. What we collect

Information you give us on our forms (name, email, mobile number, business type, time zone, messages), your consent choices, records of messages we send you and your replies, and basic technical data (such as browser type, pages visited and cookies) when you use this site.

3. How we use it

To send the self-demo and other messages you asked for, answer questions, provide and bill for our services, keep consent and opt-out records, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Text messages

We text you only if you check the consent box. Message frequency varies (the self-demo sends up to 2 texts). Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. We do not share or sell mobile numbers or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that deliver the messages for us.

5. Email

Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. We honor opt-outs promptly.

6. Service providers

We use providers to run our services, such as our CRM and messaging platform (HighLevel), carriers and messaging providers, email delivery, and payment processing (Stripe). They may process your data only to provide services to us.

7. Client data

When we run follow-up for our clients, we process their contacts' information on our clients' behalf and under their instructions. Questions about that data should go to the business that collected it; we will help them respond.

8. Retention and security

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

9. Your choices

You may ask to access, correct or delete your information by emailing [email protected]. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state law.

10. Children

Our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

11. Changes

We may update this policy and will post the new effective date here.
