The Nine-Touch Promise

Every eligible lead gets at least nine helpful touches, on schedule and within the compliance rules. If we miss a touch, we make it right: we send the missing touches at no charge, at the next time the rules allow.

We promise our work, not your sales results. Contacts who opt out, bounce or buy stop receiving touches, and that never counts as a miss. Our remedy is completing the touches; there are no fee credits or refunds. *Quarterly and annual plans are prepaid and non-refundable after onboarding begins; cancel anytime to stop renewal, with service through the end of your term.
